Membership Application Changed

As per requests at Sundays meeting I have changed the membership application to include the name the member wants on their ID Badge and an area where they can tell us what they are looking for in the Club. Also added our meeting days, time and location.

Fixed a few minor things with the Application... SEE NEW APPLICATION here...

Fixed were....
1) Took member # off as this was confusing to people but was only meant for Committee...
2) Took out "No Meetings on Holidays" and replaced with "If a Holiday falls on our meeting day it will be rescheduled"
3) Added a form line right above"What are your particular areas of interest in Photography?"... I missed putting one there before...

I changed this application and also the new one for May so if anyone sees anything wrong just let me know...

Can we also add a line "How did you hear about the club?" (or something like that). This way we will know if they found us via our website, word of mouth, flyers.........

  - I'm sorry, but the way this reads is that "if a the Holiday falls on our meeting day, the holiday will be rescheduled"      Ric's getting pretty damn powerful!    Obama, Hillary, and McCain better watch out!

Right...Scott and TJ.  I agree with both of your comments.  How did you hear about us is important for future advertising.
