What is this?

I have asked the guy who took this picture to send me the full file, but so far I haven't seen it.  And since this file is small and dark, it's hard to make out what it is.  I was wondering if anyone else out there could take a look at it and try to enhance it so I could see what it is.  It looks all black, but if you brighten it (screen mode layer) you can start to make it out.   Thanks for your help.

I see a couple of kids on roller skates with disco lights on the floor. Even enhanced it's very poor quality.

I just adjusted the brightness and contrast.

I only played around with it for a minute. I could be way off base but it looks to me as a pair of black and white shoes on a dance floor and people dancing or skating in the background.

I'm trying to figure out what is that white thing above and to the left of the skates.  I know it's got to be a person, but I just can't make it out.

No, it was taken with a point and shoot, but the file was sent as a picture in an email, so the file has been reduced drastically.  Like I said,  the guy said he would send me the full file when asked three times, but so far I haven't seen it.

This was taken at a memorial skating party where the empty skates were placed in the middle of the floor and no one was suppose to be skating while the music played.  The story going around is that the white thing is a picture of a ghost.  I thought someone would be able to enhance it to see what it actually was.  Guess I'll need the actual file to figure it out, which might be the reason the guy won't send it to me.
