Our Secretary has vacated her positition due to College commitmentsWe, the
Lehigh Valley Photography Club, are now taking Nominations on the above link for a Secretary position. We would like a person who can be at most or all of the Executive Board meetings and take the minutes and forward them to be posted on our website at
www.lvphotoclub.org for all to see. The person that gets voted in as the new secretary will get their own email to use for all club related business.
Nominations will be accepted for a total of 7 days starting today, Sunday, February 3, 2008 and ending on Sunday, February 10, 2008 at 7pm. Voting for the nominated people will begin at 8pm on Sunday, February 10, 2008 at 8pm and last until Thursday, February 14, 2008 at 7pm. If there is only 1 nominated person for this position then that person will be automatically voted in as our new secretary as long as that person accepts the nomination. Acceptance of the nomination must be posted for all to see on the post at
Lehigh Valley Photography Club.
