I have the canopy, tables, and pictures from Jeff.  I also bought some water and plan to put it in a cooler so we will have something to drink.  I am also planning to bring a folding chair to sit on.  You might want to consider bringing something to sit on.  Since it might rain, I bought some cheap shower curtain liners so we can string them up on three sides to protect things from the rain if it does come.

Really, the only thing I can think of to tell people to bring is any pictures they might want to sell.  They should have a label on the back with your name and how much you want to sell them for.

I don't know where are assigned location is yet, but it shouldn't be too hard to find us as it is not that big of an area.

Well I was there at 10:00 am sharp today (saturday) and after a while I started to wonder where you and Leroy were  :-[ Now a quick check of my calender and I realized I was 24 hours early ::)

My allergies are kicking my butt but I will be there tomorrow (sunday). ;D

Thanks everyone who showed up for the Festival!  We had quite a few members turn up and we all had a wonderful time.  It turned out to be a beautiful day to be outdoors if somewhat windy.

We had the opportunity to meet a lot of new people and to share our love of photography.  We handed out several flyers and business cards about the club.  We also sold some pictures and two members have someone interested in purchasing larger prints, so I think our outing was a success as far as publicity for the LVPC.

Jeff, you are one of the members that I have contact information for so I will be sending you an email.  She loved your B&W print, but needs it in a larger size.  Everyone loved your pictures!
