I like the visual effect of the the entire greenhouse, ceiling lines, shadows on the plants and the flowers in the foreground. What lens did you use for this? How did you accomplish this?

Nikkor 105mm,  1/160 sec at f/10, no flash, focus on flowers. In pp - mostly local enhancement of flowers - brightness, color etc.
