Monthly Assignment Upload Issues

I've seen this posted a dozen or so times, but nothing recent. So at the risk of being redunant, I am getting the "The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you." error. Any suggestions?

Have you tried this?

"Are you a paid member but don't have access to the members-only section of the forum?  Click "Request Access" on the menu bar and fill out the form!"

Had a great time at the shoot. Application and membership fees paid but not able to decipher how to upload the photo assignment.  Anyone able to assist.
