Hello

How does one upload an image for the monthly contests?

I do see that this question has been asked before.

Where are the images for the monthly contests located and who is eligible to vote and how does one vote?

this message appears.  The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you.

Perhaps I am not a full member yet? If not How do I become a full member?

It looks like you found an outdated link, Susan.  I'll get that fixed up ASAP.
