I know with all the snow we had last month everyone is ready for Spring!!  Our March event will be at a commercial grower that opened up his nursery to our club members last year and again this year.

If you would like to see some fantastic photos (and comments) by members from last year's shoot, here is a link to the Share Your Images thread:

http://www.lvphotographyclub.org/forum/index.php/topic,1226.0.html

We will be meeting at the nursery at 9 am.  We will post the directions here shortly.  Maybe we will grab lunch afterwards somewhere nearby?

Looks like I can make it to this event and most others that you have posted up until May.

Where is this and what are the directions/time?

The link you posted does not work for me. Maybe because I am not listed as a member?

Well... I was looking forward to going to this on Saturday and now I am scheduled to work. Guess working 10 hours every day for the past 3 weeks is not good enough. Sorry

Sorry you can't make it...just don't forget to drop off a large amount of coffee in a thermal pot at the starting point before you go to work. 2% milk, please. Thanks!  Wink

I'm scheduled for the Philly Zoo with my granddaughter on Sat.  Just remember, it will be HOT in the greenhouses.  Have fun!!  I loved going last year.

For those who weren't there last year, the couple who runs this is very generous with their time by simply opening this up to our group. They don't sell their flowers retail, so if you ever see or buy any, you won't know where they came from. I think he let us in because he's interested in photography, and because we asked nicely. I give the guy a lot of respect for allowing us back (not that we didn't behave of course  Roll Eyes )  Good people.
