Due to personal reasons, I must resign as the Membership Chairperson and the Newsletter Editor effective immediately.
I will remain as the club's Public Relations Coordinator.

For the new Membership Chairperson: I have an excel database of all club members and their status. You will work with Treasurer Jeff Grim to maintain this database. Also, you will be responsible for printing new member badges. A template will be provided. You will also be granted access to the Membership Email Account which our Webmaster Brian Keefer will turn over to you. All member applications and badges that have not been picked up will be given to you too. (Brian's email is

For the new Newsletter Editor: Produce the newsletter in your own style. I do have the club logo and the PSA logo that can be emailed to you for use with the newsletter. All Committee Chairs will contact you monthly with information to be posted in the newsletter. You may want to meet with them together or individually to discuss this.
