I've been very happy with my Up-Strap which I've had on my E-500 for quite some time.  It grips very well and keeps the strap from sliding around on your neck and/or shoulder.



However, I recently purchased the R-Strap RS-4 for my new E-3 from BlackRapid.com and it's fantastic.   The Up-Strap is better in regards to it holding everything in place, but the sliding motion of the R-Strap works perfectly if you like to carry your camera on your side.  It simply screws into any standard monopod/tripod/collar receptacle.

I have been looking at the R-Strap myself. Where did you get yours on thier web site. How much do they run for.

Yes - I bought it right off their website.  It was $48.00.

I love the R-strap - it works fantastic.   I don't remember how long it took - but I think it was only a matter of a couple of days.
